I’m Roxy Hornbeck (they/them), founder of INGWork. I am a white, Latine, able-bodied, educated, queer, bisexual, nonbinary person living in the Pacific Northwest. I’ve been married for almost 25 years and have two children. My work is a tapestry woven from lived experience, scholarly study, artistic practice, and community leadership. Every space I’ve moved through—every mentor, mistake, and turning point—shapes how I show up.

I don’t offer one-size-fits-all models. I listen for context, work with complexity, and join you in the messy, meaningful process of changING. INGWork is where all of this comes together—always learnING, always buildING, always adaptING, with and for others.
